This is the latest news about Noman Ali’s Hat-Trick. On January 25, 2025, Noman Ali, a spinner for Pakistan, became the first person in Test cricket history to take a hat-trick. This outstanding accomplishment took place at Multan Cricket Stadium during the second Test match between Pakistan and the West Indies. Ali cemented his legacy in cricket history by claiming the wickets of Kevin Sinclair, Justin Greaves, and Tevin Imlach in rapid succession.

In contrast, the West Indies defeated Pakistan in the second Test match of the current series, scoring 100 runs at a cost of nine wickets. In just one hour, Pakistan’s spinners dominated the Multan match, sending seven West Indian batsmen back to the pavilion. Sajid Khan took two wickets, debutant Kashif Ali and Abrar took one, and Noman Ali took five.

Amir Jangoo, Alick Athanaze, Tevin Imlach, and Kevin Sinclair were dismissed for zero, while captain Kraigg Brathwaite scored nine, Mikyle Louis four, and Justin Greaves one for the West Indies. Kemar Roach (25) and Kavem Hodge (21) were the only West Indian batters to score ten runs before heading back to the pavilion.

After winning the toss, West Indies captain Kraigg Brathwaite decided to bat first in an attempt to score a high first-inning total. Shan Masood, the captain of Pakistan, stressed the use of spin bowlers to limit the West Indies’ total and stop their progress. Shan Masood also revealed a roster change, with Khurram Shehzad being rested and fast bowler Kashif Ali making his Test debut.
