This is the latest news about BISE Lahore Launches AI System for Fair Matric Exams. A state-of-the-art software system has been introduced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore for the Matriculation exam in order to guarantee security, fairness, and transparency throughout the testing procedure.

Lahore Commissioner/Chairman Board Zaid bin Maqsood, Higher Education Department Secretary Dr. Farrukh Naveed, and BISE Lahore Task Force Committee for Boards Chairman Mazamil Mahmood met on Saturday to talk about the 2025 Matric exam’s transparency. Also in attendance were Zahid Mian, Controller of Examinations, and Rizwan Nazir, Secretary of BISE Lahore.

This is the first time that examination staff, such as superintendents, deputy superintendents, and invigilators, have been deployed using an automated system. The assignment of tasks for the test will be automated by the system.

There will be 920 examination centers for the 2025 Matric exams, which is 52 more than in previous years and can accommodate 568,854 students from the General and Science Groups. Private, retired, and blacklisted employees will not be hired in an attempt to preserve the integrity of the examination process.

Rizwan Nazir, the secretary of BISE Lahore, stressed that this automation system was a major advancement in the use of examination staff. Tahir Yaqob, a programmer who trained in AI and automation in Silicon Valley, created the automated system. The system uses a comprehensive data bank of 100,000 teachers and is designed to manage teachers’ data zone by zone.

It reduces the possibility of favoritism and cheating, which are common in the manual appointment process, by automatically assigning tasks to examination staff without user intervention. To preserve integrity, a number of checks have been implemented. Teacher placement in exam centers will be avoided, and the system will verify that they are not in restricted categories.

The system’s main advantages include lowering the possibility of examination malpractice and prohibiting people from using their personal influence to get appointments at preferred centers.
